Gloucestershire-based book publisher Crumps Barn Studio hosted its first open-mic poetry event to coincide with the running of the Cirencester History Festival, which took place between 26th October and 3rd November. Cirencester Radio was there to record local poets reciting their poems.

One More Matinee is a play written by Cirencester Radio presenter and Cirencester Theatre Company member Duncan Belcher. The play is based on the Mark Knopfler song of the same name. The play is about two of the last music hall dames still touring the small provincial theatres, Cyril and George.
